V does NOT love Sai. If he did he'd not have married P. If a criminal is seen by him as his friend/family, if her well being was more important than Sai- his wife then clearly he has a greater attachment with p. He always used to confide in P even in really intimate matters about his marriage, about the miscarriage..he could never keep P out of his life. he basically enjoys her running behind him. Same with Shruti..He is not sexual but he enjoys having women pine after him and treat him as if he is some righteous god and confess their love. He gets a kick out of that- everyone claiming how dutiful and sacrificing he is. But really its all a farce. He'd never allow adoption to be a tool to marry P if he was a one woman man and a righteous police officer. He'd not bend laws/rules, sacred bond like marriage for personal gain.. Worst case just for itv drama sake he'd have made it clear to P that he was going to marry to adopt and then would divorce at a set time since this was never gonna be a real relationship and even though she's listed as mother in papers, she would NOT be a mother because Sai is the only person who could be mother to HIS kids. But he didnt do all that. So if he wanted really badly to adopt Vinu, he'd have found a way to still keep P in her limits. But short of sex he has given P all the rights of a wife and mother to his child. Its similar to pre sex phase of Sairat also where there were very much husband-wife. So V has cheated on Sai. He does NOT love Sai. He never did. He is only a man to make false claims. Its ridiculous how he has not once realized how he has cheated on Sai (even if she were dead, he let go of their relationship to marry another) but holds Sai to him. Cant stomach the idea that she could have moved on . Waah. What double standards. Sai should stay faithful to him and acknowledge their love, their marriage but he won't. Why?!
Love is not only about sex. V having not slept with p is not a proof of his love towards Sai. Thats the worst possible thing to say/think/show.
P too, is NOT reformed. If she really understood that she wasn't meant to be with V , she'd not have manipulated situation. She'd have let V be faithful to Sai's memories if she recognizes he "loves" Sai and put her self respect first. She should have shown some respect towards her dead husband who loved her selflessly by staying away from his brother. She'd not be dreaming about confessing again and being with V when he is clearly "using" her and Sai - the rightful wife whom he has not divorced is back. If p was reformed she'd not decide to adopt a kid named Vinayak WITH Sai's husband after ruining her life and presumably driving her to death .
So in hindsight now we can see Vs "feelings" were always a farce. P has never reformed. Shes pathetic enough to allow V to treat her badly and voluntarily take it. V hasnt coerced her. She volunteered and insisted.
