Folks, with all the heated discussions going on in all of the topics here, I thought I should lighten the mood of all of you.
Do you remember when Niladri stopped twice during the second round, AS called him Mumbaika "Shaana" and he learned to do "shaan-patti" so fast within few years of coming to Mumbai? Well there are several such words in "Mumbaiyya" Hindi. Here is a sample. Ex-Mumbaikars (Mumbaikar = Bombayite) like me and the current ones can very well co-relate to this.

3. There's a huge problem (unsolvable)- Arre yaar,"Raada" ho gaya
4. You'll be surprised - Ekdam "Hill" jayega tu
5. I am going out of this place - Chal apun "Kalati" marta hai.
6. Don't make a fool of others - Dekh , tu! "Shendi " mat laga sabko
7. Just get out of here, you oversmart fool!! - Chale "shaane", " Hawa" aan de
8. I am not a stupid out here - Apun kya "ALIBAUG" se nahi aaya
9. There's some misunderstanding - Arre kuch " Galat FAIMILI" ho gayi
10. Do u drink daily? - Tu kya roz "FULL TO" hota hai?
11. Shall I bash u? - Ae.. Du kya "Kharcha Pani" ?
12. Just take him into a secret place - Use jara "KOPACHE" me leke ja
13. Don't just bluff - Ae.. Jyaada "RAAG" mat de..
14. Don't take much tension - Jyaada "LOAD" nahi leneka, kya??
15. Your clothes are very awkward!! - Kya "DHINKCHAAK" pehna tune?
16. I don't care about it much..!! - Abe yaar , "Hata Saawan Ki Ghata"
17.All this must be done without anyone's notice -- Sab kaam "SUUMDI" me hona mangta...kya?
