Yeah he kind of threatened her, it was to stop her. He used reverse psychology on Imon. Even the divorce was that only. He didn't divorce her as he didn't want her or wanted Shruti which Imon felt. Over here idk what they've planned so no idea 😕

It was clear in KD throughout in wife's space & capacity it's always Imon for Ronno no matter how much time spent with Shruti in that track to take care of her. Ronno thought that was the last attempt to stop Imon, she'd budge but he was taken a back... then blesses Shruti and Ronno, also tells him to adopt Michil. In KD RK wasn't as much of a thorn & conflict in Ronno Imon's relationship was strong as was Shruti over there. But the truth is their relationship got better only after Shrutis demise.

Imon's character sketch was on fire at all time high in that track she was so powerful over there & Ronno was all time low in that track.

We still can and then on that basis Virat can’t file for custody of savi. For that he will need to prove he is still married to sai. Abh if marriage to pakhi is valid woh kar hi nahi payega…… phasega Virat hi. Also I don’t think star will take the risk to invalidate sai Virat shaadi, already viewership is hanging by a thread this will just shoo janta away

I haven’t read everything…. agree court is a solid plot it would be firecrackers BUT they won’t do it …. They will stay away since surrogacy would have be brought up somehow and they don’t want viewers to see Didis crimes
They have done way too much damage control to make sure didis crimes are hidden and she is hailed ……

Sai herself has stopped saying it and in fact she is also now being so soft and cozy with didi….

Court is good but didi koh WW ho chuka hai!

That Seven year thing is pure bullshit and misunderstanding of that particular clause, it cannot make any marriage legal......either the Ghum makers are dumb or they didn't know this particular clause and purely misunderstanding it, if they are counting on it as their defence.....so the complaints to Ibf can still happen 😆

But having said that it's a fact that bigamy in itv shows are normal, right now you will find more than 50% shows where ML is involved in bigamy.....they don't follow this rules and regulations of Hindu marriage act, otherwise almost all the shows running currently would've been shut down for violating the legal sanctity of marriage in their shows 🤣

Pakhi is ulte paon ki chudail who has no value to the story whatsoever, bas Thoosne ke liye thoos rahe hai

Siyaaa, Ghum has indeed become comedy, I lost it the minute he said he will arrest her for Kidnapping her own daughter 🤣

It's like I'm actually questioning my own intellectual for watching this show😭🤡

Yet ghum tries to show “reality” and that’s where they falter. If they kept it as fiction and didn’t say we try to make it like reality people would’ve taken it but you know ghamand ache ache ko dooba deta hai inka bhi same hai

And yes you are right it depends on the judge whether they want to accept this defence or not, because it was Virat's negligence that he assumed Sai dead, Sai didn't know she was assumed dead.....so he is responsible for his own negligence, it can only lessen his punishment but cannot free him from the accusations.....

Virat has to prove that he didn't commit bigamy for this, he can't deny his marriage to Pakhi as he got married to her in court so this marriage is very much registered. What he can do is tell the judge that the authorities pronounced his first wife dead, a negligence on their part and she didn't try to contact him for years therefore he had no reason to doubt her death

But before all this, Sai has to file a case against him, it will be easy for her to prove as Virat's marriage to Pakhi was registered

The verdict depends on the judge
