She wants to be popular not necessarily an actress.

She is a pretty woman and I bet she does want to be in limelight. Remember Abhishek once spoke how she waved to crowds and media as a kid and they had to tell her that crowds were there for her grandpa and not her?

I bet Navya wants to be a public figure or famous too.

Or probably an actor or model or influencer but her family is not keen to allow her to do much.

So she is making do with these mag covers, interviews or podcasts or that activism thing.

What is her education though? Did she ever try for any other profession?

Not really. Vidya was 29 when she did Parineeta and managed to succeed as a serious actor.

Sonakshi was 25 or so when she did Dabang.

They can do films even if they debut in mid 20s and are not teenagers. They have lot of opportunities as star kids if they want or their families throw their weight behind them in support of their acting career.
