Exactly! She didn't teach her daughter anything, never reprimanded her when she acted like an absolute spoilt and insolent brat and now she expects responsibility and respect from her? Great joke. Forget breaking relations with her kids, she didn't even punish them for their mistakes or make them realise how wrong they are. Any mother will at least teach the child a lesson, whether through love or punishment, nothing of that sort happened here. Instead one day she dramatically said she'll never come back again and came back hopping into the house with zero hesitation the very same week. And of course hugged her daughter who abused and said unspeakable things to her. With such horrible parenting, kids are bound to be like this. And now Anuj has to bear the brunt of it.

Pakhi and Toshu have never faced any real consequences nor learnt any lesson for anything they have done or said to Anupama. In fact, no one in Shah House has, in spite of the never ending bhashans.

And she comes off to say "aaj kal ke bacche" during every single bhashan. Like woman, it's just YOUR bacche, please don't generalise. And how about you talk to them like normal human beings do, instead of giving speeches, since they are clearly not working anyway. Maybe talking to YOUR kids in particular will make them understand, rather than them thinking oh it's normal, all aaj kal ke bacche are like this.

Generally, nowadays kids are more independent and career-oriented. In my kids school, children are assigned work like Washing dishes, making healthy dishes, salads, cooking without stove activities, and watering plants as holidays homework.

Its not only girls duty, but boy also lay tables, help in kitchen.

The funny thing in episode, it was not only pakhi, even adhik was not able to put suitcase in car with ease. Can you imagine, a boy cannot carry 4-5 kg.

Even a school bag is heavier than a suitcase. Pakhi apna school bag kaise uthati thi. To show a ladki useless, kuch bhi. and to show anupama mahan, kuch bhi..

This guy Adhik is from US, yahaan pre-teenagers bhi khud ka kaam khud karte hai. People start earning at 16, most of them leave parents house at 18, either for studies or start on their own. This guy is at least 25 years old, ab tak kya Barkha ke dum pe jee raha tha aur ab Anuj ko bakra banaayega.

Yaar I am still stuck on whether Padhik marriage is a child marriage or not, yeh Paakhi ke age mein sab golmaal hai.

Pakhi was 16 on New Years 2022 as per Anupamaa’s dialogue. Kinjal’s pregnancy was shown Feb 2022, Aarya was born on Ganesh Chaturthi 2022 but Pakhi is 21 on Diwali 2022.

This Adhik should be jailed for child marriage and Pakhi as well if she lied about her age.
