Very honest opinion is I didn't like the episode.
And before anyone comes at me that this might be because V got slapped, let me clarify it's not. . He is inconsequential.
Just yesterday I mentioned that I have hopes from the writing team. The thing is we as audience are attached to the characters and show but new writers or the new team which comes in midway doesn't have the proper reference or are unbothered to go and check.
Hence the disconnect.
Still... it gave me feels of the Sai confession episode. Part 1 was stupid but it worked in totality.
This might be the same.
Also others can throw light on the editing part but inserting the CN scene in between the fight took away the tempo of the fight. I would have been happy if this had continued in flow.
On second viewing with just SaiRat fight it is more glaring that it should not have been done.
The entire episode showcases misogynistic and patriarchal mindset.
Vitthal arrives at CN and makes accusations over Sai. Asks V to control his first wife. Calls P Sai's sautan... calls V a bigamist. So far so good.
He does show what Society treats a woman even in 2022!!! Her honor, her status in the society is referenced with that of the man in her life. If Vitthhal very well knew that V is married and Sai is not... why didn't he take his grouse on Sai? Why did he have to involve V in this? I know for the sake of drama it is important but as said... it's patriarchy. Sai alludes the same in the end.
V reacts as he should have. Macho man

CN is as expected. Once again, even though they don't want to be associated with Sai... The accusations and toxicity doesn't stop... neither the need to talk about it continuously. Misogynist.
Surprisingly P makes an important point ki think about how it feels as a woman when K wonders if Sai and Jags have an affair. Ironic.. when in all probability Karishma herself is having an affair.
But how is this the same P who wanted V to see Ajinkya with Sai? Or who implied that Sai and Aniket are more than friends.
If this was said in front of V purposely, I can understand if this is a pretence. But this cannot be the P we know from pre leap. I don't know what they are making her. 😕
V goes to Sai's place, drags her and makes her sit in the car. Those waiting for recreation scenes can calm themselves. The seat belt scene is recreated with Sai and V. Is good.
He takes her to an open ground and blasts at her. Directly asks if she has an affair with Jags... and receives a slap.
Confession episode vibes again. This is the same cheek that had once received a public kiss. 😃
The slap should have landed 😤... makeup se 2-3 ungli banate to aur maja aata... bada hi fake slap tha like the fake kiss 😆
While the dialogues are much needed they do not have the punch that we expect from a SaiRat fight. I am not satisfied.
It's more of gyaan than pain... it's more of rueing than anger.
This is not how Sai would react. I would have loved if Ajinkya was referenced. Sai when denied food was more fierce than the Sai today who had her character questioned.
This anger and frustration was more like a resigned acceptance... something at how we react after repeatedly saying the same thing and yet the other person is not understanding it.
V has implied it and is angry but he has not made a direct accusation like this so far, not to her. I expected Sai to be massively angry. This was too bland.
Both regret the day they fell in love, confessed.
V has FB of Sai's confession.

Both lie to each other and themselves about their feelings for each other.
The end dialogues of Sai about how Society treats a single woman was important but not needed now... now was the time to air out the differences and hurt. To clear out the misunderstandings. Only once has Sai asked why did he marry P? It should have been extended more. I would love if Sai asks more questions.. especially why did he marry P if he loved Sai so much?
Looks like the fight has not ended and may continue tomm... in totality it may work. Not particularly on this episode.
Ayesha NB did good with the material provided but it did not have the intensity of a SaiRat fight. The pre leap fight was much much better.
Sincerely hope this continues tommm... and more personal questions come out. 😕
P.S. P is unreadable today. She does seem worried and insecure for V and her status but she is voicing good for Sai when everything points otherwise. This cannot be the same P who accused Sai of doing drugs with scholarship money. 😔
P.P.S. The new writers are good. Approach is different and bit refreshing. But I wish someone gives them a rundown on important elements of the story. It can't be total ignorance.
Sometimes like today it feels like these two are not the Sai and V we know 😭

It was as stupid as the confession but got my satisfaction how he was snapped.. It could have been better..
It could have been more intense but the dialogues did not have the pinch.. Sai started preaching and passed off Pakhi's umpteen crimes..🤢 I did not like it at all.. 👎🏼..Neil was dull through out.. He did not have that raw passion or hurt like PD lunch drama.. Where as Ayesha was on point showing her pain.. Today Sai got the final closure..
Pakhi is using reverse psychology.. That's it.. If she character assassinates Sai, it won't take much time looking her position.. she has not reformed at all...
What I think ..Sai won't back off treating vinu and once he wins the race will decide to leave.. In between devar bhabi cringe will be loaded.. Virat will give character certificate to his bhabi who has been lusting over him ..Tgen something might trigger him to confront Jags..there he will learn the truth..
Vanker and channel making themselves look like a fool day by day.. How on earth Savi can be 7 years old.. Her real age is 5.5..
