PD lunch drama was emotionally taxing for them..earlier they both used to do a lot of workshops together ..hence their scenes came out really good

Just to keep the third angle alive in the story, he has completely butchered ML and to a certain extent even the FL. He couldn’t mess up too much with Sai’s character given she has been the USP of the show. But for Sairat, he dug the grave himself. All of this for character that’s almost universally disliked and an actress that can’t act for shit.

When you mentioned shift in mindset of audience which made me realise that what you’re saying is actually quite true. TRP audience have become a bit prude compared to kasauti and kahaani decade. Except of Ekta’s one of bhagyas or one of colors show I think Parineeti, I don’t recall any show showing such content anymore.

Anyways Vanku seemed to be playing with fire in his bid to drive sensationalism in the show. It’s the shock factor that has kept the audience gripped but once people break free of this negativity, there’s no coming back for them. Hope he realises this soon becuase Ekta’s new show is coming to colors within a month’s time

The only reason Vankar will change his way is when he will have to face tough competition and loss of viewers . He has experienced it first hand how difficult it is to get the trp back once it’s lost so in his arrogance if he wants to destroy his only successful running show then it’s his loss . He has to tone down negativity because people don’t watch show to feel depressed .

The other day I was going over his portfolio and realized IPK and BV are the only successful shows of his . IPK success is credited to Gul and Arshi and not sure when he was the CV of BV to get the credit . Ghum’s success is only because of KD so he is not one of the CV who have churned out successful shows so his arrogance is beyond my understanding. He has the history of spoiling storyline so I don’t trust him and he can show anything on the show . I used to watch his other show not knowing he is the CV EK bram where he changed the leads and made Devar Bhabhi as leads which eventually ended . So he has the fetish for devar bhabhi 😆 . I won’t be surprised if he brings back the kyunki kahani era back but I hope audiences reject it .
