The girl always tweet in English or Spanish so I don't think she speaks Hindi..also they don't live in India.

I guess that is one logical way to do it. Divide Bombay into two parts. Auto = NoBo. Kaali Peeli = SoBo. 

But it just feels so wrong to be from Dadar-Matunga and claim to be from SoBo.

Rani Mukherjee was once saying that if you don't speak English well in Mumbai, people shun you.


It is an international language and the most famous one. English looks a very impressive language. People who speak fluent English can easily impress Indians as well as the people world over.
