You can only know yourself through awareness. The more aware you’re of your thoughts, emotions and allow them without judgment the more you can accept yourself and see yourself as you’re. That seeing can actually bring in change. For eg I enter a dark room and I see a snake so what happens when I see the snake? I panic, I go into fight and flight mode, my stress hormones are released but then I switch on the light and find out it’s a rope.
The moment I see its a rope all fear disappears. I didn’t need to runaway, fight the snake, kill it. I just had to see it for what it is in this case it was a rope.
Seeing things clearly free us.
What we or others do is mostly unconscious patterns. They’re not aware of it and neither are we. It’s the conditioning nothing else. It’s also a personality type. There’re like 4 major archetypes and we all have our own personalities so if someone is more inclined to be mean then they would be rude unless they become aware that will happen automatically so it has nothing to do with you but yes you can be the kind of person they can take it out on so if someone tends to get angry a lot they’ll try to find someone or something to lash out on. Now if you’re a vibrational match to that then they’ll lash out on you otherwise they won’t or you won’t encounter them in that state. The energy will be different and if they still lash out you won’t participate therefore deriving them of all it’s power.
They also don’t want to be angry so if you dissipate that energy by not taking part in it they’ll calm down. So as I said you change and their reaction towards you will change.
2) it can’t be done through loa alone although you can do a lot by changing your focus but for all of this awareness is the key along with your intention.
So if you want something let’s say you want that girl/boy, by just imagining you’re with them won’t be enough because if there’re underline beliefs of self worth, acceptance, self love then those will come in the way. For that you need another healing modality. I posted a link to my previous thread on SSR and in that thread I talked about a lot of healing modalities.
You can then pick one and stick with it. You can for eg do quantum light breath by jeru kabbal. It’ll bring out a lot of stuff to the surface and you can release them. I also like it because it just works unconsciously. You don’t have to consciously sit and figure it out. You can also read his book finding clarity. He gives a lot of techniques there which you can use and heal yourself.
Internal family system is another one.
3) if you focus on something long enough you might make it happen but who’s making you focus on it? Where are they coming from? I actually came close to this and at the time I didn’t know what i was doing. I made myself so sick that I almost died but then I didn’t so there was something in me which still wanted to live or you can say the journey wasn’t over so don’t think about that stuff if you keep thinking you’re sick then you’ll be sick, you’ll feel sick, you’ll act like a sick person but knowing this why would you? Also don’t fear your thoughts or think this loa is some kind of force and that if you think negatively or of killing yourself then you’ll manifest it, it’s not that easy and there’re other forces at work so nothing to worry about 😁
4) loa is used for manifestation that’s it but if you’re not healed you’ll have a tough time manifesting as those blockages will interfere and as I said it’s all interconnected. You can use other healing modalities I mentioned above which can heal you.
5) yes but it’ll require a lot of work. Mostly it’ll be through meditation. Through being aware, through creating distance between you and what you see that includes your mind, body.
The influence of past won’t be done till you totally exhaust your karma which is not that easy as we first have to stop creating new karma so if I talk about this it’ll be too spiritual, you want me to talk about it?
Let’s imagine you’re not doing anything and it’s all just happening. Thoughts are happening, feelings are happening, images are popping up. Can you see all this happening within you and not do anything about it?
It can be done through meditation, being aware. You stop creating new karma when you see you’re not actually doing anything then you actually surrender because you just realized you were never in the driver seat to begin with. You were in the passenger seat thinking you are driving now that you know you’re not doing anything then you just relax and things happen.
The things that seem like you’re doing is also just happening. Next time you stand up see your body standing up instead of you, see legs walking instead of ‘you’ walking. See ears are hearing instead of I’m hearing then you become the observer. Someone abuses you but all you hear is words and there’s no who’s being effected by it.
The observer is separate from the observed. So if you can see your thoughts then you’re separate from the process of thinking because you’re the one who’s seeing it.
When you see another person you know it’s not you because there’s distance. You’re here and they’re there. There’s gap. If you can create the same gap which actually already exists. You can see your thoughts as something apart from you, something that is just happening and you’re aware of it but you’re the one who’s aware of it. Same goes for feelings.
But it’s a spiritual practice. Rupert spira teaches this kind of meditation really well so if you’re open to it I recommend him.
