My new guess (after the hug spoiler) is P might have had to do something with his adoption. Maybe she knows something and wishes to keep it that way... if Sai or V talk more to each other or Vinu... they might get to the bottom of it which she might not like... hence the hug and mother India mode.😔

@ Msin & Moor - In response to what you both have said. I shared this with Sadhika a while back.

"If you see P's repeated acts of bringing Sai in to CN. It is odd, considering she is insecure somewhere. She is presenting this picture of a loving mother who will do anything for her child.

But do you see a pattern here? P is constantly going against the family and bringing Sai in their space. The family and V are resisting it, yet she is going ahead with her decisions. What are the after effects of this?

Family and V still MU Sai. They consider her to be selfish and abuse her. So nothing is changing for P there and she is very secure in her status as Mrs. Virat Chavan.

Something else we have discussed much earlier. P provoked the whole family against Sai without getting directly involved and saying anything ill about her.

Isn't she doing the same here. She is using Sai to lift herself and downgrade Sai. In every action, P is being hailed for her selfless and sacrificial act, and while doing that they are drawing a parallel with Sai who is appearing to be selfish and wrong all along. With every single act of P, she is gaining more and more support and Sai is being hated all the more.

Sai is doing all the good acts here, but P is enjoying the fruits of it.

Even the spoiler today, where she allows Sai to convince Vinu against everyone's wishes, will only be looked upon as a selfless motherly love of P. No one will even think that it was Sai who actually convinced Vinu. See how the plan is working, everyone is getting carried away in the superficial act and no one sees the genuine one.

Exactly like she influenced the family against Sai, without saying a word against her.
