Ok at first I thought you were just kidding but no you were serious! Try eating in small proportions but never skip a meal altogether! Try doing this for a while and see if it helps you.
I can’t do small portions throughout the day. It opens up my appetite and I start feeling more hungry than ever. If I fast then I don’t crave food as much. 🥲
