No it was not like that before but During internship in MBBS I got habited like that. Internship generally would be too hectic sometimes don't get time to even eat .. Lived on juice on few days, sometimes skipped the meals

Arrrehhh wah! Kya baat hai clap 👏🏼 I can’t even pronounce oxidative phosphorylation let alone use it in a sentence. The portion isn’t small because I’m still eating between 800-1300 calories a day. It’s equivalent to intermittent fasting which is currently a very popular diet routine. The only difference is that my window period of eating is very small. 😆

Then I am happy to hear that.. Sometimes when you are suffering emotionally, it does affect your appetite, you don't even realise if you are hungry or not. Had experienced this personally so just wanted to know if you were doing well. 🤗

I'm doing well 🤗.. My mom make me sure to eat on time eventhough I don't feel hungry😆.
