I eat less generally I think I have a small stomach sac😆.. But even if I try and eat more I don't gain weight at all.. ..cuz my physical work has always been more than I eat😆

Of course it is but kya karun, my metabolism has become equivalent to an 80 year old. I can only eat more if I go to the gym, which happens on a full moon every 2-3 years.

Ok at first I thought you were just kidding but no you were serious! Try eating in small proportions but never skip a meal altogether! Try doing this for a while and see if it helps you.
