It is bigamy because V hasn't filed for divorce from Sai. The no of years of VP marriage do not matter.

But the reason I am not submitting it they showed it as a marriage legalized when Sai was supposed to be dead. At that point of time, he has the right to marry. The makers would justify it like that.

The problem is now that Sai is alive, either V-Sai should take divorce or VP should seek annulment. Which they are nicely ignoring. Not even Sai is saying it. So the complaint will be ignored saying it is not yet discussed on the show... we will not show illegal stuff etc.

If anyone does get a valid response to it though, please share immediately so that we can file too 👍🏼

Also Sai was only death in virat's family eyes...her hospital record on accident day itself invalidates it....also there was no enquiry on her death and on what basis she was declared dead

If they take the complaint against bigamy and decide to do more to validate VPs marriage, that means they have to show a divorce/custody battle in court. Because even if they change plot and claim that V waited 7 years after Sai's death to get married and was married to P for 2 years before adoption due to "rules" of orphanage (which is illogical because both kids are shown as being at most 5-7 years of age) V was obliged to first inform the court that his wife was missing and then that hes marrying. He has done neither. There was never any investigation. He as an IPS assumed Sai dead without any evidence. Neither body, nor any other evidence like DNA etc. She was living in Maharashtra with her real identity, admitted in hospital as patient during pregnancy, practicing as a doctor with a valid medical license, paying taxes, buying land, etc. So she has done nothing to hide her identity. So if he failed to do/request an investigation to verify his wife's death then thats on him.

I would be happy to see V thrashed in court to smithereens by Sai and her lawyer. Let them get divorced so that its legally over. Court case mein V , CN or P ke kartoot including illegal surrogacy will have to be revealed.

Makers cant risk showing all this because if Sai isnt "married" to V, gets divorced, and they show VP then audience does not care. Audience tolerates VP because they have built it as V being father of Sai V kids, V supposedly still harboring feelings for Sai and affected by her but in denial and Sai toh anyway has been committed to only one man- shes not the one with the problem of no boundaries, no morality etc unlike V. So if they respond to bigamy complaints by making VP the forever endgame Jodi, audience will quit unless Sai gets a new ML. If Sai gets new ML, they will forced to focus on that track and phase out VP. Because who will care about them when theres a new hot, happening jodi in town. Ayesha has chemistry with EVERYONE! So no matter who they cast , Ayesha as Sai will create chemistry.

Assume it was a mistake by authorities.

But now that IPS VC knows about it, it's his responsibility to get the clarity from the said authorities and resolve the marital status of his spouse. He's simply busy in parties. If he wants it, he shud divorce Sai. Moreover, his department shud be informed of any such fallacy. It's the process.

Anyone doing it and an ACP doing it has different meaning. That's all. It's not like the story is set in 70s or 80s. It's not like Virat is an illiterate. Then his behaviour portrays so many things incorrectly.

Sai not filing for divorce or hiding is ok because no one seems to be having any issue n professionally, she isn't obligated either. But the same thing Virat does, questions the whole legal structure. There has to be some differentiating factor.

The makers had planned for VP marriage to be legal. So they smartly inserted few dialogues in this accident episode.

Sai did not receive proper treatment. She went along as soon as she felt better. So her 'alive' record must not be available.

Secondly, V found her saree piece at a location where they were creating bodies, The officer in charge told V that the two bodies burning were so disfigured that their identity could not be established. Hence he believed it to be Sais.

See all I am saying this... this was shown in episode with cleat dialogues... it was justified then and there itself.

Agreed that it's illogical. I had made the exact same point in review that day... that in such cases, The body is preserved not cremated. How can someone decide to cremate without checking religious preferences and waiting for relatives... but they had planned for it... so the makers took calculated steps.

Sai practicing in Kankavli is a valid point but that has been brushed off.

I am all for complaint ... I just don't think bigamy one would be valid. They are bypassing it nicely.

If it is accepted though, please share the draft... will put it 👍🏼

Point is as per story... V was devastated when Sai gave him divorce... Kitna din tak uske dimaag se ye bhoot utara nahi... will he be ready to do it second time??? No...

Then he was arrogant because he was right... this time he will be guilty because he is wrong but won't let her give divorce. Plus the kids... agar Saavi ka paternity revealed hai to Bilkul bhi nahi.

Ghum wants to drag drama and keep things grey so that the audience is always guessing. Isliye court drama avoid hua hai abhi tak har baar... because there is no grey area there. Plus unko punishment bhi dikhana padega... which doesn't work in their scheme of things...

Isliye har baar by hook or crook court drama avoid hota hai... heck Sai didn't even get a legal stamp paper when she wanted P ka sign... aise blank paper ka koi value nahi Hai... they avoided legality in such simplest of things to courtroom kya hi dikhayenge... it won't happen.

Karne do .thats better than the constant sai and audience torture that vankar is doing now..Sai signing even a mutual consent divorce form will lead to a courtroom drama..since Sai has a child she conceived and gave birth to while still being married to Virat.

Judge and our laws are not dumb like virat chavan..the issue of Savi's paternity will be raised on the event of divorce. Sai won't lie in a court of law.

And If they show a mockery of court proceedings..that'll make way for even more strong IBF complaints.

Today only ishkaran bhandari said that bigamy law means any Hindu , Sikh ,, Christian commits bigamy it is jail for 7 years
