I guess thats the moment she was sure he knew and he had a knowing expression on his face. He no way denied not knowing her reasoning. He didn't say I don't know what you are talking about. Only after that she says now you have to decide whether my reason is right or wrong.

So I believe she already sensed he knew but wasn't totally sure but in this convo itself it was confirmed indirectly by Dev.

Also, I think a lot of things in the show are quite subtle. Even Vidhi never directly told Dev that she loves him but he figured it out. In most shows all these things are clearly spelled out to characters as well as audience but yahan thoda different approach liya hai.

Also, she remembers everything that transpired the night she was drunk so she does remember that she did act in a way that HINTS very loudly, what she felt. He on the other hand is just choosing to overlook what she says or does, in hopes that she forgets or stops talking about it. But it is Dev Raichand, he did the same w Amba until he had ..had it enough. You can tell he was uncomfortable when Amba expressed herself but here - he just gets awkward, starts to smile and lean back and fumbles, starts clearing his throat lol I just am not sure on what "like" spectrum he is vs Vidhi toh pure saathve aasman pe hain w her love. Loud and clear.

Makes sense if we look at it this way. I would have preferred one or two scenes at least jahan Vidhi knows for sure ki Dev knows. Something chota mote scene like woh uska handercheif pehle use karti Dev ke saamne and Dev kuch nahin bolta.

Then she would be upset thinking, "Sir ko pata hai mere dil ki baat aur phir bhi chup hain. Matlab sach mein unke dil mein kuch bhi nahin hai."

And then yesterday's confrontation of "Aap Jante hain mere dil mein kya hai" and today's khullam khula flirt "aapke saamne mujhe koi bhaata hi nahin", these would have made more sense to me. But that's just me I guess. Thinking of writing something on this account but I am too lazy.
