That I know, they don't care. Even in BB13 and BB14 ,they did it. But this season they are trying to push the uninterested ones ,although, if they don't wake up, they will find out the way to throw them out. But this season ,there are too many contestants who are less popular but are much more doing game wise while popular ones are not doing much so they at least need few popular ones to play so that it becomes easier for them to evict on vote basis.
