I will defend Aish only opposite to Salman. Rest of the time I m indifferent towards her.

To be honest it was great of her to throw shade at Khans who deprived her of work in industry and got her out of movies like Veer Zaara and promoted chaaploos actresses like Rani and Preity.

I would say anyone has right to cock a snoot at Khan lobby and making it without that surname or kissing their ass.

In 2007 when Akki had made it huge, he also threw shade at Khans. So did Kangana.

They should and they have right to do it if Khans have behaved badly with them. Khans have been no less in removing actors from films or mocking others at award shows and talk shows, buying awards and using their connections to get favours themselves and sideline others.

I do not defend Khans in terms of that monopolistic nature. I only criticise targeting them in name of faith or labeling them anti national. Otherwise Khans are no saints.

IDGAF anymore. I have seen people defend Salman all the time despite papers being full of stories of how Salman abused Ash around 1999-2000.

Amused how others claim Ash was never abused though there is history of Salman abusing all his GFs be it Katrina, Somy and not just Ash.

It is also shameless to defend or deny physical abuse or later equate it falsely to so called emotional abuse and project man as victim making baseless allegations that woman must have provoked him or emotionally manipulated or abused him.

Worst is that not just men but even women talk like this against other women.

The amount of misogyny and gaslighting in this thread is nauseating but not surprising.

It is not just Salman fans who bash Ash over this.

Anyway I wish Ash had never fallen for him. Getting into any relationship with that man was biggest mistake of her life and only reason for any turmoil she suffered and her career did not achieve its potential in Hindi cinema.

You are talking about random gossip churned out on some gossip sites. If someone backs up those articles with a statement, we can say the two are same. Otherwise it’s all speculations just like how we were speculating on Bachchans yesterday. I can’t believe this had to be repeated so many times.

Lastly Ash is not a victim currently. She can leave the marriage if she wants. But she isn’t for her own reasons either for fame, money, or just child and family. She’s not as helpless woman and trapped. Bachans are wrong, but she can has the choice to leave. I don’t like Bachans making disgusting comments, but Ash is tolerating it or want to be in the relationship still. So it’s her choice and she’s independent enough to leave if she wants. My sympathies are more for other women who don’t have choice, and have far more society and family pressure to stay in abusive marriages.
