Reminds me of a funny incident... I was visiting my friend in Mangalore... he wanted to slip out for his church service. I said I'll come join him. He stared at me incredulously for a good few seconds, and then blurted out that I'll need to change my TShirt... which is when I glanced and realized what I was wearing - uspe multiple Godheads the... Shiv, Hanuman, Vishnu, Durga,... aur message likha tha "The Justice League of India" 😆

Needless to say I changed... waise service Konkani mein thi toh ghanta kuchh samajh nahin aaya

Moral of the story: wear only neutral colours so you shan't be accosted in future 😆 aise loche mein nahi padne ka, apna khud ka dimaag kharab hota.

This although happens very often in a postmodernist India lmao. So the colours black and red are associated with SFI (students federation of India), which is the student wing of CPI-M and central universities in India have a huge presence of SFI. They'd have demonstrations and protests in campus from time to time, protesting about what's happening in Syria and everywhere else in the world but not caring about campus issues. Hostel mein nahane ko pani nahi milta, power issues hota par unka kya. Now if you happen to wear red-black combination kurti, or black jeans with red top, you're automatically assumed to be an alliance of SFI. Happened to me far too many times in uni. 😆
