Idk about anyone, but Ankit has been in this industry on his own, moved out at 17, comes from average middle class fam which didnt support him, he did it all on his own. Worked really really hard for where he is.

Priyanka, I think it's somewhat better bcz her fam wasnt against, but she's from a normal fam as well.

As for no TV/phone, it's laughable. Even if we consider that her family cant afford a tv, phones and internet is everywhere. This year a coolie cleared UPSC exam just by his phone, toh his fam can check on it. It's soo cringey. And MC stan isnt even middle class, he literally comes from lower class, basti.

She should have gone to this year’s Jhalak where everyone is playing hardship/struggle/gareebi card.

I also did not like how she clubbed everyone under the category of silver spoon. Most of the TV actors don't belong to well off families like Bollywood actors. The ones who are there in the BB house have also gained this name,fame,money after hard work. I am sure there are people who have had their share of struggles. Just because they are doing well now doesn't mean that they were born with a silver spoon.

Classic case of people only seeing the success you've achieved and not the hard work you put into it. I mean most if not all of these people (excluding Sajju) have slogged their asses off to reach here. To dismiss their struggles of the past just because they're supposedly doing well now is so infuriating. The entertainment industry is brutal and to have survived their successfully is not an easy task.
