Saif’s role is Tanhaji was a supporting one . I haven’t seen VV but he seems to have an equal role with Hrithik . Casting Saif in a commercial lead role in 2022 is ensuring a sure shot flop.

Saif did not play a supporting role in Tanhaji; infact he walked away with all the praise in that film and if you look at any posters or promotional material, Saif got equal footing.

If Hrithik was as big a star as you claim, you can take him with unknown faces and he should be able to give an opening. Saif is still well known.

This isn't about Hrithik or Saif; this movie was promoted very poorly. And it's a remake which most people are not interested in watching these days.

Kangana is a great actress though and the best in her generation ,so I don't get your point.

Kangana is a flop actress that is only afloat thanks to her politician connections. Alia eats up Kangana in boxoffice, looks, dancing and is on par with her in acting 😏
