Niti-Akash: It's good to see Niti in different costume aside from the ones she's donned in the past to appear cute. But, it felt scattered at places. The dance movement where Niti glides through Akash's leg was bit clumsy and rushed. She did keep her smile which was nice to observe & the charm of shyness/nazaqat of what the girls used to carry. The part where Niti is standing on Akash's feet ("tum bhi kaho...") it was a nice attempt but felt it could've been better. Overall, 27 is my score IMO.
Amruta-Aashish: The Dhunuchi dance was okay in the beginning. Sync is there but sometimes hit-or-miss. I do feel some steps while sync was good & correctly done to match w/ the beat, at times felt bit technical. Erm, the dola re dola felt bit clumsy to my eyes. Aashish's pretty decent in maintaining the gentleness of the steps (the bandh ke mei ghungroo bit). Second dola re dola felt bit like hands were thrown in the back forcefully. I felt it was a 28, not really a 30. Also, I felt Amruta's still stuck in her chandramukhi moves, like it's seen pretty visibly to me thereby restricting her in that zone. I would like to see what else Ashish explores because he's famous for Lavni dance primarily.
Gunjan-Tejas: Again, I would like to see more diversity in their dance. Because bhumro is one of the classic songs, was anticipating more into bollywood zone. The "rind pash maal gindane draaye lo lo" -- (female chorus) I felt bit clumsiness there at the end. The "aayu hu mein Pyaar" started off good but later felt more technically restricted to the usual that Gunjan-Tejas have been dancing on for 2-3 weeks. Later, it just felt technical and forced, tbh. Sync felt out of place too. I felt the children in the original song were much more adorable as the innocence was there whereas over here, it felt bit technical. Later onwards, Bhumro bits were better than the rind pash maal portions. I'd give a 26 tbh.
Shilpa-Nischal: Choreography felt bit LULzy type 😂 . She is expressive but dancing could be improved. It's bit better from earlier performances but still requires improvement. The step with the dusters was bit clumsy. Rather, Nischal was more energetic than Shilpa in the "tujhe paa gaya."
Paras-Shweta: Performance felt like...movements thrown in air or the viewer is lost but let the guy perform 😂 lol. Movements felt rushed and out of sync. Transitions need to be smoother tbh. It's improved in some sense but still feel he can do better because I still felt some level of stiffness & bit extra effort by Shweta to lift the act up.
Dutee-Raveena: I do appreciate the efforts. She's trying her best despite the performance coming out as okay-okay. She didn't sing her parts (male singing) while Raveena sang her part. It is better than her last performance but she has a long way for improving her journey.
I don’t know if it’s just me or that Amruta seems to exhibit the ‘I know it all’ vibe, the one leeching with overconfidence. She is a great dancer and even has the potential to win, but idk I just get that vibe from her which I also feel limits her in expressions and the overall performance. I mean that woman couldn’t even wait till the telecast to let the audience know that she got 30. I got a hunch she did so so that the audience would know that she was the actual first contestant to get a full score, and not Gashmeer. The contestants may have been informed before hand that the ones performing with props would be telecasted first and then the rest, which is why she may have felt the need to let everyone know that she was the actual one.
