Thank you Charu❤️
read your suggestions to khala, I want some tips too. can you plz tell me how can I hold the breath longer and sustain the high notes?😳
Aaah that is something I also struggle with I think those who have taken some training can only answer us better. May be proper riyaaz must be helping them.
For me it was much harder initially when I used to get extremely nervous while singing but with time, now I have become more comfortable so that definitely helps. Many times shortness of breath is related to nervousness. If it is some difficult song then I try to find places between words to breathe a little. Even if it is for 2 seconds, it does help.
Omg Dexy, that is such a sweet song ❤️ I love regional songs, even when I don't understand the lyrics. But then music has no language so not understanding the lyrics is never the issue as long as it conveys the feeling! Your voice sounded extra sweet in this one ❤️
Edit
I have heard bengali songs from shirsha before so didn't comment on her.. her song is also just as beautiful as always. ⭐️

There are many vocal exercises you can do for breath control, plenty of videos are on YouTube. Some of them, you don't really want to do when you're home, cause everyone will look like you've lost the plot 😆 the main thing is to learn to breath from the diaphragm, this can be a bit tricky at first, but with regular practice, will become second nature.
Since December last year, I've been doing some of these exercises on and off, usually when I'm driving 😆 let me tell you, even 10min of these exercises, for instance, lip trills, you should see a noticeable improvement in your voice tone, and ease on your throat. I've noticed that I can sing more easily now, and my vocal range has increased, notes that I once struggled to hit, are more easier to hit now, of course, I'm still a complete bathroom singer😆but I'm only reporting on my own improvement, relatively.
