Actually if we observe they’ve made Akshara strong after the leap. Viewers have been wanting that to happen from a long time so it’s good it’s happening.
But that doesn’t mean Abhimanyu should be made silent/non active. Both should be made strong. We’ve been shown Aksharas point of view quite a lot after the leap. But Abhimanyu’s condition is not shown except for a few scenes. And that’s where makers did a blunder.
Instead of focusing on the Khera siblings too much they should have shown a little more of Abhimanyu’s perspective. I’m not saying he should be given total screen space. Not at all. But Khera siblings face in every scene is too annoying.
That’s why audience also didn’t like and trp is low. Hope they rectify now asap. Balancing screen space has always been an issue in this season.
Earlier that vile Arohi was given way too much importance. Now the idiotic Khera siblings.
They better start balancing asap so viewers can connect better. And punish siblings and Arohi.
I am fine with giving Khera sibling screen space. They are the reason for Akshu being in the bind she is in. The issue is making their scenes have a point. Like it is one thing if we start seeing Maya actually practice lipsyncing and Kunal seeing his sister "work" at this and how he wants to find a way to keep Akshu as he has come to the realization this cannot stop at this one music show. I understand these characters are suppose to be disposable but you have to make them make sense. When characters make sense and we as the audience understand who they are that helps build the story. But this show is afraid of making even outside characters evil 🤦♀️
I agree this season has issues with balance not sure why they are having this much trouble. The dialogue writing has to get better. Every scene shown should have a point. As a viewer I just see Maya is delusional and Kunal is assisting in keeping his sister in her delusions cause she is a handful. Its like Anisha when she was first introduced with Abhi and Abhi had trouble controlling Anisha's irratic behavior. One or two scenes to show her panicking about something is fine but lately it is like every scene with the same repating dialogues and that gets annoying. Its just repeating.
As for Birla household it would be nice to see light moments with the baby. Neil taking on real projects for the hospital and how he is doing and Harshvardhan being proud.
Have Harshvardhan try and talk to Anand about his drinking. Have a scene were even he admits he has failed as a father and to him finding Kairav is the only way he can see justice served. Have him make some promise that once Kairav is found he will stop drinking but until then let him mourn the way he wants. And then right there you have an embedded detail of an upcoming track where maybe he cannot give up the bottle and he becomes an alcoholic. Then the Abhi be the first to suspect his uncle is still drinking and he is doing it at work. He arranges with the family maybe his side of the family (Akshu, Manjari, Harshvardhan, Neil) to try and have a family intervention because Mahima, Parth, Shefali, and Nishtha are against this big of a family intervention. They rather have one person go and talk to him or he will feel attacked. There you go a family drama track where everyone is worried together but divided on the way it should have been handled but eventually all realize the need to get him help. Anand can go into a program/rehab and there you go a social message track as well.
Have different family members try and talk to Mahima about her behavior. It isn't right for her to bark at everyone especially at Abhi when he himself does not know where his wife is. This is what I think when people have been saying the snakes like characters of the YRKKH have not been callled out for their wrongs and/or behavior. I don't need to wait for the big dramatic climax of the track to have every "grey" character line up and get called out to their face. Even simple dialogues at the time of someone acting up is good. Which is why I have been enjoying Akshu snapping back at Dr. Khera and even Maya every now and then because we know they deserve it.
This is the complex family dynamics that would make things interesting for everyone. The show cannot only run on Abhira. Yes they are the leads. They will have screen time and this track is about them but what has happened to them has also affected both families. Who says filler scenes cannot have some meat to them and really explore how the families have been feeling this past 1 year? I actually think the scenes from Goenkas have been pretty good in establishing everyone's mind there. Bade Papa and family have been quick to see Arohi's weird behavior. I just wish they give Vansh some more screen space. He has had to carry on the business now that Kairav left we. Why can't we give one scene of him in the office trying to handle things and him wistfully looking at a picture of Kairav and going I miss you brother. If you were here you would know what to do I am just sitting here until you return.
Its all in the details.
Anyways, next week should be interesting with the 24 hours timer. I want to end things on a positive note. Abhi will hopefully see something to get him thinking again and waiting for him to roast Dr. Khera 🤣
