I am happy that yeh sari and this jacket wet Ho Gaya .. bahut kheench liya .. but pakka sai will operate in the wet saree

There is no new show ka BTS na. So yeah I think you are right. Blue sari meiin hi she will operate but I don't think Sai has pieces of equipment. Maybe some band-aid and lep

If she's the only doctor, she must be having basic surgical knife, forceps and stitching accessories.
