Unfortunately, I'm one of those people who sleeps only once at night, in one long stretch of 8 hours .... and can't nap during the day. And even if I were to try to nap for an hour, I'm pretty sure I'd toss and turn the hour away that I could have spent doing something productive OR I'd wake up the next day. 🤣 Neither can I fall asleep whenever I want like some people I know. 😆 I have to pop melatonin just to get my body's internal clock to want to fall asleep while traveling too. It's a real problem.
Anyways ... I don't know why I'm telling you all this when I just wanted to say that SOME sleep is better than NO sleep. 😆
