V can adopt a male child as a single parent. But the caretaker says we have our own rules for which you need to be married. Blackmails him by saying that there's another family waiting for Vinu.

She also tells him that the couple needs to be married for atleast 2 years before they can adopt.

So V-P get married. In court room they also have the same young Vinu standing in between them.

So, first off there is no need for marriage. The organisation cannot have laws over and above national laws.

secondly, even if the marriage is valid, it is not 2 years old... mostly few days...

yet the ashram lady handed over the child to them...

in that sense the adoption process is wrong.

Death is NOt the issue but her criminal records is still there..and the point is Sai is still alive..And virat is not entitled to adopt Vinu for that matter.. because he was very much part of that crime and also he has abused his wife physically numerous times..If there is a court case both p and v will e end up in jail
