I see the blame of this falling on sai. Virat will definitely say that he was compelled and didn't marry willingly and when sai finds out that vinu is their son, she'll be even more guilty and would blame herself for Vinu's sufferings.

Also, sai will not be angry at virat for getting married to pakhi as the reason is adoption, so she'll sympathize
