In Dil Kya Karey, I loved him. Also there is a scene in it where the female lead sings a Bengali song by Tagore and Armaan listens to it mesmerised. Being a Bengali person myself, that scene made me float away to the clouds. 😆

Was it a historical drama? No clue how else Bengali language could be inserted in a pak drama. Pls share a clip if you can.

I highly doubt they would show a couple on their honeymoon in a pak drama. That would be super unconventional.

Plus, do their shows usually go to foreign locations? I don't watch much of them, so I am not sure if this happens. Like how star plus shows frequently keep going to some foreign locations. Waise, pakistani shows jaate hai kya?

No it wasn't a historical drama...hehe! In fact I avoid Pak dramas on historical subject especially to do with East Pakistan...a lot of whitewashing goes on. So rather not watch.

Dil Kya Karey is a modern-day story. The female lead had grown up abroad and had a taste in music...She sang Amaro Porano Jaha Chai while they were discussing the kind of poets they liked and read. It was a beautiful scene. ❤️

There have been shows shot abroad i think like Jackson Heights or Daldal..then there was that one funny show about a grandma character who goes to Canada, i think..

but yeah, this is not really something I would expect to see in Habs...Basit and Ayesha going to Dubai. But these two did shoot for something in Dubai...we saw those insta posts and maybe Feroze is just teasing us...but then we can always hope! 😆

It is not a romance the way Habs is...more like a family drama... but yesss...in fact I also haven't watched the whole show so we can watch it together once Habs is done.

And yess...the fact the makers used that Tagore song showed it was an informed choice...not a random one...
