But the film went beyond that. I must watch the film before I die 😆

Also since the movie is doing well, now every Tom, Dick and Harry would get credit for its success except Ranbir.😆

From Ayan, KJo, Alia to cameraman, make-up man and spotboy.😆

Ayan has no credibility as a director with the genre like Brahmastra. He had only made coming of age rom-coms before this. So why audience would come on the first day for him? If the movie does well, then he would get credit, but not for the opening.

Nobody watches a movie seeing the Producer either so giving credit to KJo is also foolish. Alia deserves credit for opening but anyone who has watched the trailer or has followed the film, would know the story revolves around Ranbir's character and Alia is just playing a typical love interest.

Giving credit to Rajamouli and Jr NTR is just grasping at straws. Like which fan is stupid enough to watch a film just because their favourite is promoting it? Maybe South has such die-hard fans but nobody in North India would go and watch a film because Rajamouli is promoting it.

Shamshera opening was low but it also wasn't promoted well enough unlike Brahmastra.

I was just going to say this. 😊 Not a Ranbir fan here. Not for his below average acting, not for his off screen toxic personality.

But I'm so happy at the opening. The boycott bots thought they had all the power in the world with Shamshera and LSC failing. Well, they learned today they don't matter.

Any further success or failure will depend on content.

However I will not credit it to Ranbir but Alia. Her Gangubai was also hit. Ranbir recently had flop Shamshera and could not save it. K Jo's aggressive marketing saved the film.

Cashing on Ranalia relationship also seems to have worked.

People might have expected, but CLAIM kisi ne nahi kiya hoga ke Kar hi jayegi.

Makers ko khud nahi pata tha ke film kaisi chalegi 😆
