 Saif Ali Khan seems to have an exalted notion of his market price. Recently he asked Farhan Akhtar for a fee that sent the director reeling. After he recovered, Farhan politely told Saif that he would look for another actor.Says our source, "Saif asked for Rs 20 crores for doing Voice From The Sky. Excel Entertainment (owned by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Siddhwani) thought that it was a bit too much. Now, they are looking for another actor." When contacted, Farhan confirmed that Saif is not doing Voice From The Sky. "Saif is not doing the film. The money angle didn't work out." Ritesh Siddhwani (who will produce Voice From The Sky) said, "These things happen. Leading men do change in the course of finalising the casting of a film. Sometimes dates don't work out, sometimes money doesn't work out. We are in talks with some actors and very soon we will finalise the lead man. There's nothing to worry to worry about. We are rolling on October 1 as per the original plan." Voice From The Sky is very close to Farhan. He began scripting Voice From The Sky right after Dil Chahta Hai. Not so long ago, he had admitted in an interview, "It's been with me from 2002-2003." Farhan was very kicked about working with Saif. In the same interview, he had said, "I'm really looking forward to working with Saif after Dil Chahta Hai."
