There is a movie called "Sophie's Choice" where the protagonist is forced to choose between her son's and daughter's life. While watching the film I felt no choice can be harder than this choice. But today I felt AnupaMaa has to make the hardest choice anyone ever made in this world. I felt so bad for her. 🥱

One one hand she has her husband who after regaining consciousness is suffering from paralysis. He is regularly having paralytic attacks. He is regularly falling. Dr has advised him to be constantly monitored as he is recovering from brain surgery and is in a very critical state. Dr has specifically insisted to not keep him with only nurse as a nurse can not handle his mood swings.

On the other hand she has her DIL who has recently delivered a healthy baby and is in perfect health. Her DIL has a super rich mother whose life revolves around her daughter and 6 other jobless family members who are always on toe to take care of the baby.

Now whom is she going to choose? I don't think anyone ever has to made such a tough choice.

During covid when there were shortages of ICU and ventilators, many people had to choose between sick family members. I bet they were not going through the turmoil what Anu is going through today.

Oh another thing booking hotel room to sleep with someone other than your spouse is not cheating only, constantly putting anyone above your spouse is also cheating. I rest my case here.

I can see Anupamaa singing “saari duniya ka bojh hum uthaate hai” any way she is fond of carrying n number of kalash and matka, I don’t remember the exact dialogue.

Cheating is going back to those people who are clearly responsible for your husband's disability, while leaving him alone. When a couple has a breakup or Divorce, even common or shared friends pick sides and are calling hypocritical if they don't stick to what they chose to support

Cheating is taking your daughter, correction, your husband's daughter to a toxic place again and again and still expecting that she will be treated properly, and not telling your husband when she isn't.

Note that telling just a whimsical doubt about Toshu for him to rack his damaged brain for it was fine, but telling him about CA's insult was not, because who cares about what adopted kids feel.

Anupama needs a psychiatrist for herself as she has no clue about considering what is need of the hour.
