Rest In Peace, Queen.

There is no personal connection but since I am born I have seen her as Queen so it feels weird to read she is no more. Plus she looked like a good, warm lady. It’s an end to an Era.

p.s. - I don’t know Diana neither do I know Elizabeth so all Diana fans can may be spare an essay. Not interested.

Wo real queen nahi thi na jaise pahle hota tha

President is ceremonial head of state, sab powers to PM ke paas hota hai India mein

If royal family or monarchy was bad thing for their country to wo khud disband kar denge, agar they are benefitting financially jaisa mai suna hu to wo kyo end karenge?

She actually had veto power and had poked her nose in Govt affairs plenty of times when it came to her coffers. Got a lot of laws dropped before they could be passed.

PM works under the president.. though yields the real power. Anyways I understand what you are saying they do bring in tourism money n limelight so they may not be sent away. But Australia officially will not have Brit monarch as their head of state after Elizabeth hope other countries follow that.

Yep, The Crown actually displays a fair few such instances where it was rumoured the Queen put her foot down and indirectly meddled in political affairs. I think the only one who didn’t take any shit was Thatcher. But Thatcher being a controversial figurehead is a discussion for another day lol
