No doubt about that. My family is pretty toxic which is probably why I suffer from anxiety and landed up on IF and in all these toxic situations in the first place.😆

I used to be carefree like that during school days, but now everything just makes me anxious.

Yeah hopefully. I learnt the hard way that I need to be happy within myself before expecting others to make me happy. And I would advise the same thing to everyone, especially those going into marriage, to be happy with yourself before expecting happiness from the relationship because until you're not happy, you won't be satisfied with the relationship you're in either no matter how good or bad your partner is.
