How do they get drunk when both don't drink? Of special note... Aryan. Having said that though some of the best sequences in ITV daily shows have been when leads are intoxicated and so I'm not sure I mind too much if they were to get drunk. We've even got one of the best Arylie moments that time when Imlie got drunk and Aryan took care of her... even singing a lullaby.
Alcohol can free inhibitions and can make people more honest about their true feelings so it could lead to an honest love confession from both without their usual pride and ego getting in the way.

If creatives are gonna have him not remembering then it might be yet another attempt to show how Aryan and Aditya react differently to a parallel event. I'm gonna assume that whatever happens plays out during Janmashtami. Seeing that Independence Day was celebrated I'll assume Imlieland will also celebrate Janmashtami and how can we forget the last Janmashtami that was celebrated in Imlieland? There is actually no room to forget since Cheeni is there as evidence of what happened and maybe we will have evidence of what Arylie did 9 months later too.
