Nandu’s threat… yep it was a choice for her… as it will open investigation into accident as well…

initially, she safeguarded Ishaan,

she wanted to inform him about her pregnancy so that she could sort things out properly as she didn’t want to let the kid suffer(how she could have done that was never explained to us) , as per her dialogues with krish when she found out.

But Nandu coming in to threaten with vengeance only meant that Ishaan will be behind bars the moment she tells the truth, or that she is capable of orphaning her child … and she shut down… as much as I understand why she did what she did, I too wouldn’t have supported her in keeping the kid away from the father…

as audience, we knew of ram’s intent but as per her stance, at that point she didn’t trust ram enough and that mirrored from him too.

And i think she was right to not trust him. He was vulnerable, in mourning and really not in his element. How could she give pihu to ram knowing that nandini who is out for blood lives in the same house. Nandini straight away told priya that pihu will grow up as an orphan. She made it very clear that she will not let ram accept the child as the child's mother is a murderer. Priya was made to believe that kapoors will publicly disown pihu. How could she let her child go through that much objectification knowing that everything will have be available on the internet and later after growing up her child could face srs trauma of this action by her own family.

And seeing Ram's state of mind, she made a practical decision for the time being. The only mistake on her part was never contacting ram after getting out to inform about pihu. If at that point they would have been unable to come to a truce, then atleast she could have kept her words either way without actually being at fault.

Yes, emotionally pihu would have been a great support to ram, but Ram has never proved himself worth enough according to me to trust him with such responsibility bcz in every crisis he makes things worse and later asks for apologies for his MUs.

Actually eshaan's intension was never to hurt or kill shivina. He did what he did in defence of priya. It was an act of defence and never intend to murder. Shivina had intentionally pushed priya, and priya got her. Eshaan being a child saw shivina as an danger, priya was like a mother to him, he had already gone through a trauma of knowing his father was a murderer at that point anyone hurting is family was a potential danger to him and his emotions got the best of him.

In order to protect priya from getting more hurt from shivina he pushed her aside and shivina lost her footing. I am not saying that he didn't do it or justify his actions. But I'm just justifying his intension which was never to hurt shivina.

The point of any action is mostly intensions behind it, and it's not like eshaan never wanted to confess, he did but priya asked him to keep quiet. So eshaan never manipulated the situation, it was shivina first and then priya. Yes she lied about the person But she never lied how or why it happened.

as much as ishan was disturbed, and was threatening self harm in violence and is extremely upset about his dad… while shivi repeatedly and rashly provoked him and the rest of the family was trying to pacify the situation…

In all this,he didn’t try to physically hurt shivi, shivi on the other hand, pushed down priya…

now, if priya falls down the stairs, and something happened with her/her baby/ both… itna sannata nahi hoti … ram and soods ro lete and make Ishaan understand that it was an accident … and let it go… and in a leap, there would have been a chirpy happy to go lucky girl who joins in as ram’s p.a played by Disha 🥱

sadly that didn’t happen… kya Kare 🤷‍♀️

Now, in defending priya, Ishaan pushes shivi too… then that accident actually happened…

Remember how priya and ram fought the first time?

I was talking about the action itself which was deliberate. Ishaan never intended to kill her but his action was not in defense. It was more like an offence. Had he tried to catch hold of Priya while she fell and in that process Shivi got hit, yes I concede to your point but not in this case. When he pushed Shivi, it was not like Shivi was pushing Priya. Priya had already gained her footing and Ishaan pushed her to get back at her for trying to hurt Priya. It was driven by anger and grief. Like I said before, Shivi too has been responsible for her own death but there is no denying that Ishaan gave her a dhakka. It was not an accident. He did not intend to kill her but that's a different case.
