What is this show about? Can someone explain?

I don't know why ppl watch such shows. What makes them special. I don't get it why reality shows don't attract me unless they are based on some talent.. like: singing or acting. Getting different ppl in the same house and make them fight or play against eachother seems like a childish game.😆
