I think it is because of us audience only. The other day I saw a screenshot of Gulkhan's reply to a fan (I dont know what did the fan say or what was the context) the crux of the reply was how people(fans) abuse her for every serial and how they keep coming back for new serials, as far as i know Gul khan heros in every serial manhandles the heroines at some point in the serial and we might oppose it at that moment but after a few episodes we kind of forget and praise their chemistry and how hot they look together, the same goes for bigamy, adultery and other things we ignore those things for so many reasons like some people watch it for time pass and don't want to go too deeply and others for actors and so on and the entertainment industry be it cinema or tv does not care about the impact it will have on people it is business to them and if we ask them they will simply say they are serving what people want to see so majority should oppose what is wrong not only few people then there is a chance for a change.

Actually Ginny and Aditya's marriage is not valid either it is voidable marriage at Aditya's option 😆
