Till now she has not started playing her cards.

We need to know if something has been happening in the background. She hired Young-woo to expose her mom but has been laying low for 12 episodes.

It would be a huge flaw in writing if she is indeed doing nothing. This is one problem with Kdramas. They wait till the last episode to do everything and then they have to rush the ending.

They should start wrapping up stuff by epi 12 so that there is ample time to end the show properly.
