The way scene played out was

Pakhi didn't get bail because complaint was filed by a policeman's wife, Pakhi's mother calls CN and everyone wants to help her get bail

Ninad says that bail won't change the case as court will decide her punishment for now they should help her get bail that's when Virat says that if everyone wants to bail her out then he'll help her

I feel Ninad's words that bail won't affect their case changed his mind
