IMO, not so much as granted as having bottomless faith in him and his love for her. Granted smacks of disrespect for me. Granted is what a Vanraj would do to an Anupama. Imlie has too much respect for Aryan, I would say. She really had believed he was Dhruvtara and invulnerable to human failings like despair or slip of tongue or losing his temper. If she had thought of him as a mere mortal, she would have understood where he was coming from and then maybe, she would have known to stay until they both calmed down and then make a decision.
