what is the obsession of pitting these gorgeous actresses with each other. They both had their charms and uniqueness to them which is severely lacking in today's gen actresses. I would re-watch these actresses movie or even a song any day over the new over exposed gen of actresses.

Madz could never do it in her 2nd innings..be it aaja nachle..gulaab gang..kalank..she would be madhuri dixit on screen..same dance..same old same old..never the character..

what sri did with EV..none could come close..she was brilliant and she reinvented herself with time..her acting was not the same melodramatic most 90s actors would be stuck in..she was as raw and real as Sashi as one could be..her naunces as real as it could be..she was robbed off for the movie..she deserved an award for that one..VB was amazing in Kahani but at least that award could be shared by both if not gone to sri fully..

Her scene in mom where she sees Sajal for the first time in hospital after being raped still gives me goosebumps..she was so so good..there are no words..

Agreed and This is the scene I was referring to! I remember reading that it’ was being used for students as a part of some kind of masterclass. It’s probably one of the best breakdown scenes I’ve ever seen in Bollywood history.
