If ovaries are not damaged eggs coming out depends on hormones which alters every month.

Only if ovaries r damaged there won't be eggs.

No, sai is not pregnant. They purposely gave sai aai convo where sai said, she's pregnant and then said she's kidding, etc., then they made her faint, aai also said she keeps roaming around pakhi and doesn't take care of herself. It's due to migraine, nothing else. Trust me, this is not a hint, she's not pregnant. Don't be too excited please.
