What's your views on this movie and storyline I didn't like the way they romanticise cheating in relationships rani mukherjee character has everything I didn't see any reason for her to fall for shahrukh character he was pathetic

I never liked the movie then n I still don't like it.

Rani's husband was loving, caring, supportive n romantic still she couldn't not fall for him. Her character was like those ppl who have everything but still crib. Her only issue was she could never fall for Abhishek but felt attracted to a jerk like SRK. Not even girls women too like bad boys it seems.😆

SRK was asshole as a husband. Jealous of his wife success n frustrated with his failures overlooking how much his wife is contributing towards the family.

Both were characterless and didn't went with the flow. They cheated because they wanted to.

Both Preity and abhishek's character deserved better n they got one in end. Only positive thing about movie.

Who in their right mind would fall for shahrukh character he neither was good looking nor caring he was short tempered and always cribbing his attitude with his kid was also not nice I don't know weather it's just the character that has been written like this or its shahrukh over acting and on top of everything they slept with each other too despite being married that was so vulgur but they tried to romanticise about that too they both were two timing

One hundred percent agree! I watched it because I liked the soundtrack but to me the movie glorified cheating. The biggest WTF for me was Rani and SRK “working” on their marriages by having an emotional affair with each other 🤪

Right, they did eventually have a full fledged affair but the moment I checked out of the movie was after the Rani character suggested they “support” each other in improving their marriages by embarking on what basically amounted to an emotional affair. Who improves their marriage by spending less time with their spouse and instead hanging out all the time with an unrelated member of the opposite sex??

(I’m not a fan of any mainstream BW actors. When you say 20s films do you mean in the 2000s?)

not only emotional they had physical affair too that could have been avoided to make it look less vulgur it was more lust than love rani couldn't slept with Abhishek but was ready to sleep with that cribbing character without any hesitation shahrukh character was beyond pathetic he generally acts that way in most of his movies tbh it's just his luck that has worked for him because I have hated his films because of his overacting even as a kid too and now also when I watch him act I still don't like it it's so over the top I don't understand how come he has so many fans atleast for salman khan he looked good onscreen and his acting is not that bad I was just watching all the 20's films even today I like they way they dressed their makeup dialogue and all it was all nice even after 20 years you can still feel they are not out of place but with shahrukh I always cringe
