Yup genetics play a big role.
& My mom is pretty strict Abt the oiling routine.She makes me & my sis follow it.
Basically it's my Nani ka nuskha , a mixture of coconut oil, caster oil , kalaunji powder & methi powder that is kept in the sun for few days before applying.
I need some hair tips. Mine is only till shoulders. Thin, dry and no volume😭
I have nothing new to say except what you already must be knowing. Good food, healthy lifestyle, adequate sleep, less stress, exercise blah blah blah. Everyone knows this. You cannot change the natural genetic makeup of your hair. If your hair have always been like this then stop worrying. Just take nice care of what you've been given. Try oiling and hair spa regularly. I know none of us has the time par kuch to karna hi padega ab 🤷♀️🤷♀️

I need tips too. Basically biotin is needed for hair to grow. But coconut oil is good for dry hair and scalp issues. And I am gonna try rice water - it seems to have really good effect with growing the hair.
