I have some time issues currently and watch Zee Bangla SRGMP because it is on TV and is watched by the better half. I find it more spontaneously musical and more homely and less contrived.
What pushed me away from SS2 was the Captain focus which has only changed a bit last week from what I read and hear. As far as the talent goes, I said here 2 month's ago that Sayisha will be the dark horse.
But I was disappointed with the 3 eliminations and that put me off more than anything else. Vishwaja was good, and Sayantani and Harshita deserved to be heard before facing the axe. This attempt to promote a show based on just perceived popularity did not go down well with me and instead of fussing, I moved on

But I do keep tabs on SS2 through all your great posts and may tune in towards the final leg . At this stage I don't have a favourite, so am not under any pressure😃

I seriously would not be surprised if Pratyush has a clout at THC or Sony. He is better when he sings duets but for me his dancing style is still cringe worthy and I don’t like how he sings except for the Rohan duets. And if he got the medal and not Rohan then it is highly unfair.

I can’t vote but if I had the ability, I would definitely vote for Rohan just to save him couple more eliminations. In my books Pratyush and chetanya need to go next.

They already eliminated 3 girls, so the next elimination better be a boy but not Rohan. Not just because I like his innocence, his stage presence and his singing style but also because if he is eliminated then Aru will be left with just Faiz! So I feel the axe is going to fall on either Chetanya or Soyab! PD and Danish are the only ones with 3 contestants. And I hope Soyab gets a chance to go a few more episodes. He is definitely better than Mani!

Absolutely agree on all points.

Sayli's clout or Pratyush's own clout - something is working for him.

The strongest & the weakest teams - PD & Danish - have all 3 with them… Chetanya or Aruna should’ve gone before Vishwaja.

I think most comments for Aryananda are based on her real skills and potential which TCT is suppressing for reasons best known to them.

Agreed. I think this is why we see such improvement in Faiz as well. He’s being given much better songs and he is singing very openly in groups now. Earlier his performances seemed to be very restricted and his voice subdued, much like what we see with Aryananda now. It might all boil down to TCT and their training. Why exactly they would want the contestants to underperform, we will never know.

Arya is given good songs - why can’t the judges point out that she should sing khulke? She appears to be v diffident. Last week she was more confident & open in her singing.
If TCT is deliberately making her suppress her voice then really shame on them to be playing such dirty politics with kids. 😡.
Btws, I have wondered how she ended up in Danish’s team after all that drama about PD discovering her & Aru asking for her & PD’s ‘rakh lijiye’..🤔

It appears that HR borrowed the Sayli Cam from TCT and that is why Sayli was needed in the song. Else there is no justification for having two female voices 😂
