100/100 for being thorough.

I'd imagine it take a lot of time. 😆

you kinda go on an autopilot mode after a while. Much like how men shave every other day, apply aftershave, spf, do their hair etc. 😆

Tretinoin every other night buffered with ceramide moisturizers! The moisturizer I use is Avene Tolerance Control! It’s my holy grail as far moisturizing goes while using tret. I rotate with a few others like La roche posay double repair.

CeraVe cleanser for sensitive skin every morning

followed by a pinch of CosRx snail mucin all over my face,

followed by my under eye moisturizer (origins),

followed by La Roche Posay toleraine double repair face moisturizer with SPF 30 every day

I never step out without some form of sunscreen on. I rotate it with a few others like Biossance squalene + zinc with spf 30 (100% natural n mineral — this one) and Elta MD UV Replenish spf 44!

I don’t need foundation or concealers cuz the tret makes that pretty unnecessary but I put on my mascara and lip color on … n some blush, and eyeshadow depending on my mood n what my plans are for the day!

I also use Vit C serum (DERMAdoctor Kakadu C 20% Vitamin C Serum) n rotate it with a few other serums like ole henrikson truth serum n biossance squalene + vit c + rose oil! <= either in the mornings on a clean face or at night on days I’m not applying my tret!

To remove makeup n sunscreen at night, I wipe my face off with MyChelle Enhancing CBD Rinse free wash. And then wash it all off with another soap free, all natural cleanser such as Korres or the CeraVe I use in the mornings depending on how beat my face is that day!

Lather rinse repeat like clockwork …

I’m a skincare junkie n my products need a section of its own while traveling ….

N I get Botox shots every six months … cuz I’m obsessed with looking forever 21! Sue me!!

oh n drink lots of water, eat a nutritious n balanced diet, work out 5 days a week n all that jazz!

P.S. for hair, I blow dry it on my own after showering, which is great cuz I don’t need to flat iron it n I’m good to go for the next three days without washing my hair.
N I massage it with pure rosemary oil 3 days a week cuz according to experts, it’s the natural alternative of minoxidil n equally effective to prevent or deal with hair thinning if that’s one of your concerns.
I shampoo with sulfate n chloride free products n deep condition my hair every week.

Then you’re set. 😗

itna saara.....

For most of my life. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

But now that I have turned forty, I have incorporated retinol and lactic acid.

I also started using sunscreen since 2013 after I got badly sunburned in Brazil. Growing up in India playing in the hot son, I had no idea brown people can get sunburned badly. We can. So protect your skin. But use natural sunscreen, especially at the beach. Don't be a coral reef killer.

The first one being The Ordinary Retinol 0.5% In Squalane, I have granactive retinoid 5% in squalene sitting somewhere in a clutter, unused for a couple months now. I got it only to have a backup when I run out of my prescription retinol (tretinoin) and while waiting for my next shipment. I did use it a couple times though and I think it's a great way to introduce retinol to your skin if you haven't used it before. 0.5% is mild and you can move up from there as your skin gets used to retinol. It's very oily though and is best applied at night before bed. I didn't have any side effects -- my skin type is combination.

Not sure about the second item cuz I've never seen it before! It looks like something to fight acne.

I like it how she doesn’t follow other actresses going to gyms and getting photographed. She keeps it simple at home...
