That was my take too. And that's why Nandini always gets away with her games. If there's the least chance of exposure, she uses someone else.
Here, though she unsheathed her claws at Priya in the jail scene, it can be quite rationally seen as her acting to protect Ram and being unable to forgive her daughter's death at Priya's hand (supposedly).

Yeahhhhh. And I'd take og Priya over this any day. I'm sure most here would. Sometimes I practically itch to remove Priya2.0 and insert the woman who, for instance, laid into Ram after he apologised to Akki for the Anjali kaand. I simply loved that.
She was bashed like crazy for the same on SM . I personally loved it too. I love how IF n SM always has opposite point of views.
She was damn articulate .. Ram cannot promise big things like a hero n abandon her as per convenience. If Ram goes from Meera Aunty to letting Shubham kick his BIL in the KM to groveling on his knees apologizing it is not Priya's problem.
She has the right to take her time to process his mercurial temperament and accept his sorry rather than faking that she forgave him the moment he utters sorry.
I loved Disha's acting so so much in that scene. She reprimanded him because it was the right thing to do , but had tears in her eyes as well
Oh…that was the Priya I totally loved! This Priya I just don’t identify with. The forthright, no nonsense, honest to boot Priya!! Makes me sad to think what they have done to Priya…now she is like a typical ITV FL! Her monologue yesterday irritated me so much…the earlier Priya would never have thought that Ram was pining for Vedu in that scene! Priya 1.0 knew how to make Ram see the error of his ways w/o having to lie or beat around the bush. Hope some situation with Pihu wakes up that dormant Priya soon.
