she giving too much Bashan I have a migraine listening to her hence I quit watching the show for good

We know the problem statement.

This is the worry ALL parents have right from their teens and not just of girls but parents in general.

Whether its Growing up children, in their teens, college going:

Worried about their company, habits, worried about their eagerness to explore.

Our parents worried for us, we worry for our children.

What is the possible solution?

Clearly restrictions will only make them more rebellious and reckless. Genuine question.
