Abhira- a very low key SR indeed, but I am happy it wasn’t cringe. Whatever was shown (not much though 😆) was done is a very elegant, classy way. What I mean to say is that it did not look like cheap romance. And I feel the makers kept it low key on the hotness quotient on purpose so that they can amp up the 🔥 for future romantic scenes. Frankly, I didn’t mind the low key SR, but I would have loved an additional scene next morning of akshu getting ready and abhi coming and giving her a back hug (similar to safety pin scene) and asking, “you are looking beautiful. Why am I the only one who looks tired this morning?” with those hot sultry eyes. That one dialogue would have compensated for low key SR for me.. anyways, I am not complaining. Hoping we get some romantic scenes in teej, since abhi said that he will make sure their first teej is special. 🤞

manjari-harsh-neil: you are right! Manjari not answering harsh and running to get him food/water/tea is actually a big step for her. She is slowly starting to see how harsh only “needs” her as his servant and not as his wife. I hope abhi is patient and encourages Manjari rather than being upset and shouting at harsh.

Abhi-akshu-Manjari: even I am looking forward to when abhi sees how akshu is slowly bringing about that change in Manjari to stand up for herself. His heart would fill up with love, respect and gratitude for akshu once again. ❤️

I don’t think akshu would shy away from addressing harsh as “sir” publicly.

parth-shefali: honestly, parth is not wrong if he expects certain gestures from Shefali to show love. (Its human nature to be wanting to be loved and valued). But the way he does it is so wrong, specially considering that he doesn’t measure up to her expectations in terms of being supportive and other things that are important to her. My opinion, if parth wanted shefali to fast, he could have just said that “I am fasting for you, because I love you and want to do it for my happiness which is you”. Hearing that, I am sure shefali would have been touched and would have herself decided to fast to make him happy. What I am saying is that if he shows her love, she will show him love in return. But if he keeps comparing her to akshu and keeps pointing out her flaws (in his opinion), then it’s only going to add to the distance between them.

Yes, I was occupied with work and the long weekend some friends came into town. I didn't have much to say as we were all just waiting for Abhira to patch up. Now the story is moving forward again.

I agree with you about Parth and Shefali. One of them has to give a little for things to start going in the right direction. But neither one of them are willing to make that move.

I think that is one of the lessons Abhira learned. The smaller fights at least one of them would take a step forward. But when they had their 1st big blow up neither one of them were willing to budge due to their own hurt and triggers. Eventually, they calm down and got some solid advice from Mimi. I am glad Mimi told Akshu about the harm in silence. Akshu tends to keep quiet longer as she is busy thinking and can be slow to move at times. Silence in a relationship is a silent and deadly killer 🤣

Even in the episode on Monday, we had a scene of Neil asking PB about his well-being, today it had him feeding him.

Is it paving a way to PB's realization that Smurf is a good son, or just gearing up for another showdown?

I'm getting vibes as though Harsh-Smurf's relationship will come at the cost of Harsh-Abhi or Abhi-Smurf's relationship. Which is sorta sad.

Haven't seen Kaira.

HC's SR in Tere Liye was one of the best SRs I've seen on ITV. It wasn't overly sensuous or revealing or anything. There was awkwardness because they had been friends for so long, there was hesitancy, and there was love. It was funny too, which was a bonus and which is why I liked it. I still laugh when I think about it.

Also, there was a dialogue in the morning which put a nail through the coffin.

I don't even want a lot of "hawtness" just a small conversation about actually doing the deed. First time is a huge deal for everybody, and to chalk it up as "usual" is just stupid.
