About IF fights, i never got into a fight with anyone over fictional characters. That's all healthy discussions for me.
The only thing i remember is when some people crosses the line with actors, esp female actors and uses demeaning words for them. Sadda haq and kyy fans used to fight as both were youth shows and used to air at the same time. The fight was so bad that the actors themselves came out and talked about it. Kyy fans in twitter and insta used to be toxic and say stuff about sada haq actors and vise versa but kyy forum in IF was different. We all just simply used to talk about the show, have khayali pulao and discuss the offscreen drama created by kyy actors themselves. We were too busy with the offscreen drama of kyy actors to throw shades at other actors from other shows. Also a lot of kyy forum members liked the sada haq leads including me. But sadda haq fans in IF used to throw shades at niti and used to use some really degrading words to discribe her. I was active in SQ forum as well and when i saw it i called them out on it. Only a small section of SQ fans used to do that and the rest supported me.
Then the same happened with the female lead of edkv. Edkv abruptly ended because nikita got hospitalised for a long time and she decided to quit as she didn't want the serial to suffer more because of her. But the channel decided to pull the plug on the show itself. Fans got really angry and started bashing Nikita and called her names. People that were never even active on edkv forum started bashing her and in twitter and insta some started giving death threads to her and her family 😡. I defended her a lot on the forum. I never got involved in insta or twitter for any shows. It's fine if they want to show disappointment over her living but some posts on IF simply started character assassinating Nikita and wished her entire career gets doomed.
One thing i hate is women trying to bring down female actors for the simplest things and call them names while they fangirl over any male actor no matter whatever shit they do offscreen

hahahha... not necessarily! it really depends on the drama. any time you have one of these dramas with a triangle, people are going to get irritated even on forums. someone will be team A and another team B and both sides are fighting with a ferocity and intensity that is at times comical. one would think we are debating something of national importance that people fight for ships. 🤣
